Over the last several years we have seen a shift where more and more brands are getting tired of outsourcing work to agencies, or are having their budgets reduced so they can no longer afford agency services. Several of our clients told us they still wanted our expertise, but at a cheaper price point and with the option to bring email back in-house. The Academy was put together shortly after.
